On sails through ISO 9001 accreditation for the third year

Here at On, we’re committed to quality across all areas of our business and originally embarked on the ISO 9001 process to ensure we had consistency and professionalism across all the processes in our business.

Since then, we’ve reapplied every year for the accreditation, as it helps differentiate us from our competitors, improves efficiency and helps to engage our staff in the process.

ISO is a quality management system (QMS) which enables organisations to prove their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the needs of their customers and other relevant stakeholders.

We sailed through the ISO 9001 assessment again this year after demonstrating all the prerequisite quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the motivation of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.

Feedback from the assessor, British Assessment Bureau (BAB), concluded that we are a very strong business with excellent processes and controls in place.

We are now working toward the new standard ISO 9001:2015, which has a stronger focus on performance and managing processes and we will be assessed against this at our next review.
