The Brief
Having received excellent feedback after the last hybrid event, Blue Square Marketing were looking to use the same format for a number of product awareness and training events over a period of 4 days.
The aim was to create a highly inclusive and motivating event without the need for individuals to travel far from their work location.
The event was for a market leading supplier of electronic devices, with an audience of retail brand ambassadors who champion the brand in their stores and promote the latest products and features.
The aim was to motivate, educate, receive feedback and answer questions from the UK wide teams. An event day was organised for each retailer and their team of Elites.
The Event
Each attendee was invited to attend either a live location in Manchester, London, Glasgow, Harrogate or Dublin, or, where they had more than 50 miles to travel, could join the event virtually.
The live events were held in cinema’s where there was comfy seating and a large format screen to watch and engage during the event. Our team provided the rest of the production to include all audio, cameras, lighting and broadcast equipment.
The event was hosted from our Derby studio where a large format LED video wall was utilised for presentations and for presenters to interact with their live audience. The content included a mix of presentations, pre-recorded videos, Q&A and breakout activities.
