On creates stage set for Bank of New York Mellon

The event, which was organised for around 200 of the company’s staff, took place at the Shoreditch Electric Light Station on Coronet Street in London.

Aimed to showcase how BNY’s employees can unlock their true potential through their behavioural habits, it featured a presentation from leading behavioural scientist Tom Griffin and the creation of five different zones for guests to explore.

The main stage was positioned in-the-round, comprising of a Prolyte H30V ground support truss structure and truss goal posts, with four Samsung 55″ LED high-definition digital display screens to sit either side of the main square, along with L-Acoustics 8XT speakers flown for audio.

Commenting on the event, Jake Moore, production manager at On, said:

“It’s always very enjoyable to work alongside the team at The 4th Wave and the event in London for BNY Mellon was a great experience for us all.

“During the event the 200 guests were split up into five groups of 40. This made for an immersive experience for everyone involved and meant our team was constantly on its toes to ensure that everything ran as smoothly as possible.

“We have established a great working relationship with our friends at The 4th Wave and the feedback we have received from the client has been very positive.” added Jake.
