On secures ISO 9001 : 2015 Accreditation

We’re delighted to announce that once again, we have secured the highly-coveted ISO 9001 quality management accreditation for a fourth consecutive year… our first since the certification’s new 2015 standard was introduced.

The accreditation once again underlines our commitment to quality across all areas of our business, to ensure we apply consistency and professionalism across our processes.

We first achieved ISO accreditation in 2012 and have applied and sailed through the assessment every year since, including our most recent inspection this November, which saw us audited against the new 2015 criteria for the first time.

ISO is a quality management system which enables organisations to prove their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the needs of their customers.

The 9001 standard is based on a number of principles including strong customer focus, the motivation of senior management, the process approach and continuous improvement.

It helps ensure that our customers get consistent, good quality services, which in turn brings many business benefits.

Guy Eaton, our Managing Director, said: “ISO 9001 is designed to help companies maintain and improve the quality of their products and services, so we are delighted to have secured this accreditation once again.”

“The 2015 criteria holds us to an even higher standard than before, but we once again sailed through the assessment, which is testament to the hard work, commitment and expertise of our highly-talented team and the fantastic service that they provide to all of our clients to help them achieve their event objectives, and engage and inspire their audiences with awe.”
