New York Debut for On Event Production Co

Our global reach expanded further across America recently when we again hooked up with our good friends at White October Events to deliver the latest leg of the Lead Developer coders’ conference, in New York. We have previously worked on similar events in Austin, Texas and London.

Lead Developer brings together tech leads, engineering managers and chief technical officers for a programme of inspiring talks and networking opportunities.

International Conference Production New York

It is sponsored by global tech brands including IBM, Shopify and Conde Naste.

We’ve been working with White October Events since 2014 in the UK and across Europe.

White October Events sourced the venue for the New York event but we were tasked with helping select the American production company, specifying the equipment required and production managing the event. Our on-site team was responsible for co-ordinating the event build and assisted with the running of the conference on the day, before debriefing afterward.

Megan Kingdom-Davies from White October Events commented “As always, I had a 5* experience with On. They went above and beyond again not only making the production side of the show work expertly but also supporting when other technicalities struck. Working in the US is a different ballgame and Adam and the team made it seem effortless. Thank you”
