We’re excited to announce that On Event Production Co. has been named Best Event Production Provider at the prestigious C&IT Awards 2024 for our work on Aldermore Day 2024. This annual event, hosted at the NEC Birmingham, brought together over 1600 Aldermore Bank staff members to celebrate the company’s 15-year milestone and strategise for the future.
The C&IT Awards are known for celebrating the very best in the events industry, recognising exceptional creativity, innovation, and flawless execution across a wide range of categories. This year’s competition was tougher than ever, with finalists showcasing cutting-edge event production solutions that push boundaries and raise the bar for B2B events. Being awarded Best Event Production Provider is a true honour in such a competitive field.
For Aldermore Day, our team pulled out all the stops to deliver an immersive and engaging experience. With just eight weeks of planning, we worked closely with Aldermore’s internal communications team to transform Hall 3 into a vibrant event space, featuring everything from interactive VR and AR installations to a giant Monopoly game and custom apps like a Million Pound Drop challenge and an escape room. The main plenary area dazzled attendees with LED video walls and stunning visuals.
Sustainability was at the heart of this production, using eco-friendly materials like recyclable PET fabric and reusable set panels, along with optimised logistics to reduce our carbon footprint. This commitment to sustainability, paired with our creativity and precision, made Aldermore Day a standout event.
Client feedback was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting our attention to detail, innovative approach, and flawless execution. We are incredibly proud to have received this award and to be recognised alongside other trailblazers who continue to set the standard for excellence in event production.
