Here at On, we're always up for a challenge - and we were certainly put to the test a little earlier this year when we were asked to install a full stage set for an annual awards ceremony – in just three hours!
We worked with live communications and events agency Primary Live on the event for award-winning recruitment firm Encore Personnel, which was held at Birmingham Town Hall.
The company’s annual conference and awards event is the one time in the year that the company’s 200 staff get together to let their hair down and celebrate their achievements over the past 12 months, so they wanted an event to remember.
The annual conference kicked off at 11am, so we had to make sure the install was completed and everything was running like clockwork in just three hours! We handled full technical production for the event, including set build and installation, sound, lighting and projection.
The install went to plan and Encore staff enjoyed an afternoon full of fun and celebration, while the On team could relax, safe in the knowledge that we’d done an excellent job.
