On Event Production Co. recently signed a partnership agreement with award-winning web developers and online marketing specialists, Purpose Media, to design and build a modular exhibition stand and stage set for a series of events that are being staged at venues across the UK.
We have been working alongside the company’s creative team to produce a number of scenic elements as an eye catching backdrop to support a programme of exhibitions, conferences and seminars that are planned over the next 12 months as part of its growth strategy.
Our brief was to build a series of stacking boxes that interlock and have the flexibility to fit into a number of different sized spaces at various venues. Our team have designed the system in a modular format, ensuring it can adapt to the spaces required.
The fronts of the boxes are a combination of HD Smart digital display screens, light boxes and printed acrylic panels. These then transform to create the backdrop of either an exhibition stand or conference set for the company’s seminar programmes, which will feature high profile speakers from Google and other global organisations.
The first exhibition took place at the end of May and Matt Wheatcroft, managing director of Purpose Media commented:
“Working with On Event Production Co has been a fantastic process – the team have been a pleasure to work with and our finished stand looks exactly right for us. It worked a treat at our last event and attracted lots of people over to see us. We’ll definitely be working with On in the future!”
Commenting on the partnership with Purpose Media, Chris Vernon-Smith, technical director of On, said:
“It has been a pleasure working with Matt, Jamie and Claudio at Purpose Media. They worked very closely with us in developing the initial concept and produced great artwork design for the first event at The Old Truman Brewery in May. The event was a complete success and we look forward to delivering many more for them this year.
“We’ve got a lot of experience of producing modular exhibition stands with systems like this and we’re really pleased to see how the boxes worked together at the first venue.”
