Originality is the way to make a statement. That’s why we ended up building a fashion theatre complete with runway and seating – in a multi-storey car park in the centre of Birmingham!

At ON, we love a challenge. The more original you are with your ideas, the better. Whilst many event production companies will shirk the challenge, we say “why not, bring it ON.”

We take your ideas – however original or crazy they might be – and turn them into reality.

When it comes to pulling together all the production elements of any show, that’s where we really come into our own. We do everything, technical and creative installation, stage and runway build, and production management, from start to finish. Whilst most production companies do one of these things, we orchestrate it all. You avoid the complexities of using multiple suppliers and can be assured that you look more couture than casual.

It’s show time

We’re with you every step of the way. We develop your show from concept to build, through to installation and execution, with military planning and stringent testing at every stage. So, when it comes to “show time”, you can be rest assured that everything will run as a well choreographed show, however complex your originality might make it.

1: We understand.

First up we’ll learn about your event and your audience, understanding not only the event itself but how you want your audience to feel, the outcomes you want to achieve and making a plan to get you there.

2: We shape.

Next, we work as part of your team to interpret your creative ideas and develop your concepts.

3: We create and build.

Next, we design, working with you to make sure the event has everything you need. Then skilled joiners and technicians build it in our custom workshops.

4: We test, and then test again.

A technical failure, no matter how small, can damage your reputation. That’s why we test, test and test again, then we’ll have tested back-ups for added assurance, so all you need to focus on is inspiring your audience.

5: We stage and we control.
