We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic and adaptable individual to join our fast growing team as a Warehouse Co-ordinator.

You will already have excellent customer skills experience in a warehouse or live event engineering role and a keen interest in the industry is essential.

Being a member of our vibrant team the role will lead, motivate and develop individuals day to day to provide an outstanding level of service to our production and hire business clients both internally and externally.

Main Job Duties in the role will include:

• Leadership of warehouse team on a day to day basis

2. Trainee Scenic Fabricator

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to start their career in scenic fabrication. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our rapidly expanding Fabrication department.

You will have a proactive attitude and strong listening/communication skills, as well as an eagerness to learn all there is to know about scenic fabrication, set finishing and the events industry. You will have a flexible and proactive approach to work, and demonstrate enthusiasm for improving and widening your skills in fabrication.

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to learn on the job and build a career in the events industry learning from a skilled and experienced team of fabricators. Initially working in our workshop and warehouse in Caste Donington, building your skills to progress within the company.

Main duties in the role will include:
• Support Scenic Fabricators in the preparation, stocking and de-stocking of set and scenery
• Prepping, wrapping, and labelling set for transport
• Assist with the day to day maintenance and management of the workshop
• Support warehouse team with loading of vehicles
• Under instruction from senior team members to learn and develop fabrication skills and knowledge to contribute to the construction and finishing of stock and custom set items.

We are looking for experienced and professional Freelance Scenic Fabricators to work with us both in our workshop and on site.

You will have knowledge and experience with set fabrication and installation, a broad knowledge of materials and fabrication techniques, excellent problem-solving skills. You will have experience with machinery, power and hand tools and above all, a passion for delivering events and exhibitions to the highest standards.

We are interested in people based both locally within the East Midlands to work at our unit and nationally for work on site.

We are looking for people with:

4. Freelance Scenic Fabrication Labourers

We are looking for enthusiastic and able Freelance Scenic Labourers to work as part of our fabrication team in our workshop.

You will have a strong grounding of fabrication skills and processes with experience of working with power and hand tools. You will be based locally with ability to travel to our unit in Castle Donington. Above all you will have a strong motivation to learn about fabrication for the events and exhibitions industry and a passion to deliver great events.

We are looking for people with:

• Experience of timber fabrication
• Experience with use of power and hand tools in a work environment
• Ability to follow instructions, ask questions and learn on the job
