1. Production Engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and able Production Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the latest sound, lighting and video technology and have experience in using AV equipment on-site with an ability to troubleshoot issues should they arise. You must possess excellent customer service skills as this role involves working alongside our valued clients. You will have a flexible and efficient approach to work as well as demonstrate enthusiasm for improving your technical skills.

Your responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding production services that aim to exceed the expectations of all clients.
• Assist, support and advise Production Managers and clients on technical specifications for projects.
• Build relationships with clients and suppliers onsite.
• Repair and service of our equipment inventory as and when required.
• Support warehouse team with equipment prep and de-prep.

About you:
You will need to have experience of working onsite at events with a good overview of sound, lighting, video, set and stage solutions. You will often be the face to the customer therefore excellent client care with a friendly, approachable manner at all times is key. You will need to be punctual and have great time management skills, including managing sub-contractors onsite on occasions. Production Engineers are also required to service and repair equipment when not out on events so good practical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of equipment maintenance would be useful, though not essential.
