Applicants need to be passionate about delivering high tech event experiences with a broad knowledge of sound, lighting, video and virtual solutions coupled with a desire to deliver event production to the highest standards.

You must possess excellent customer service skills as this role involves working alongside our valued clients. You will have a flexible and efficient approach to work as well as being able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate on-site teams.

On Event Production Co. has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic and adaptable individual to join our fast-growing team to take responsibility for bespoke built exhibition and experiential projects. You will be managing projects end to end as well as working closely with the fabrication team to ensure stands are delivered to specification and client’s requirements. You will also work with colleagues in the Production Management team to deliver fabrication elements of broader projects ranging from stage sets for conferences to experiential installations.

You must possess excellent customer service skills as this role involves working with our valued clients and guiding them on suitable solutions to meet their exhibition and bespoke build requirements. You will have an eye for the detail, have an organised flexible and efficient approach to work as well as being able to demonstrate excellent leadership and project management skills.

4. Graduate Production Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic & energetic individual with a passion for event technology and creative event delivery. As a Production Engineer, you will work as part of a team to design, build and operate sound, lighting and video solutions to create highly engaging events.

You will need to have some knowledge of sound, lighting and/or video technology and experience in setting up and using AV equipment with an ability to troubleshoot issues should they arise. Excellent customer service skills are key in this role as you will be working alongside our valued clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering both live and virtual events, however, training will be provided where necessary.

Main job responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding production services that aim to exceed the expectations of all clients.
• Assist, support and advise Production Managers and clients on technical specifications for projects.
• Build relationships with clients and suppliers onsite.
• Repair and service of our equipment inventory as and when required.
• Support warehouse team with equipment prep and de-prep.

You will have a passion for supporting events where no day is the same. You will be working with the production team to deliver projects and support with the planning, designing and delivery processes. Previous experience working in event production is desirable, in particular with knowledge of technical equipment, however, there is opportunity to grow within the role, working with other professionals and learning new skills.
