The event needed to captivate Vauxhall's UK dealer network, reflecting the brand's bold identity while offering an up-close and immersive experience of the car’s cutting-edge features.
The brief emphasised creating a high-impact, professional setup that highlighted Vauxhall's design innovation and technological advancements. Alongside delivering a visually striking main stage, the experience needed to incorporate versatile breakout areas and live-streaming capabilities to bring the car’s interior features to life. The overarching goal was to inspire dealers, reinforce Vauxhall’s brand image, and deliver an event that felt seamless, polished, and memorable.

We installed a 13m-wide LED wall that served as a striking stage backdrop. This central visual element delivered impactful presentations and reinforced Vauxhall’s brand messaging with dynamic, high-resolution visuals.
Our team provided complete technical production, including rigging, sound, video, and lighting. We utilised digitally encrypted radio microphones to ensure secure and crystal-clear communication throughout the event.
The main stage featured bespoke LED trim lighting for a polished aesthetic, complementing the modern and bold feel of the Grandland’s design.
We equipped eight breakout spaces with versatile setups to facilitate engaging discussions, training, and hands-on activities. Each room was tailored to accommodate the unique needs of the sessions, offering dynamic configurations and professional AV setups.
One of the highlights was the use of live-streamed interior car tours, which brought the new Grandland's interior features to life for the audience.
