We recently created the bespoke stage set for the 2016 Render conference, the largest front end developer conference in the UK.
Render, which took place at the King’s Centre in Oxford, was organised by White October Events, the organisers of jQuery UK, which we have supported for the past four years
This two-day event showcased some of the biggest talents in coding and featured technical front-end talks and seminars from some of the world’s leading coding experts.
On were responsible for full technical production, including the creation of a large functional bespoke set in the main hall. The set housed three large HD screens to facilitate text, graphics and live demos and was accompanied by professional stage, sound and lighting.
We also supported an additional exhibition area with high definition plasma screens, lighting and a PA system, which enabled sponsors and speakers to engage with delegates in an informal atmosphere.
At the end of day one, we transformed the sponsor hall into an after-party, which required additional lighting.
The event also gave us the opportunity to test the capabilities of our new high level L-Acoustics KARA line array sound system before we rolled it out at outdoor festivals throughout the summer.
