As part of our ongoing commitment to client satisfaction and as part of our ISO9001 quality management accreditation, we regularly ask our clients for feedback on their experience with us to gauge how well we’re doing.
We’re delighted to report that over the past 12 months we have achieved fantastic client satisfaction, with 100% of all feedback from clients saying they would happily recommend On Event Production Co. and work with us again in the future.
Upon completion of every project, our clients receive an email with a link to an online customer experience form asking them to share their feedback about the service they have received from us. Questions range from our response times to how well we have fulfilled the brief and whether our service lived up to expectations.
Response rates are excellent and we currently receive between 8 and 10 completed surveys every month, which is extremely positive.
