The new dedicated department has been launched in response to increasing demand from both event agencies and end user clients for the design and build of more complex and creative sets and scenery.
The new department will enable our team to oversee the entire process of set fabrication, from design to production, and ensure consistency of design and branding, as well as maintaining an even tighter control of budgets.
Our clients will now benefit from having a single production manager who will be responsible for the whole production process, ensuring the highest possible quality standards are maintained and applied across all aspects of the project.
Two new full time posts have already been created, with a number of other posts set to be created in the coming months.
Commenting on the launch of the new department, managing director Guy Eaton, said:
“Over the past 12 months, the production team at On has been fabricating more and more set items in-house for a diverse range of corporate events. The launch of our new fabrication unit will enable us to improve our set design service in terms of quality, consistency, turnaround times and costings.
“The new department will bring a new dimension to our business, which has been evolving in response to the changing needs of our clients since the business was launched in 2004,” added Guy.
