Here at On Event Production Co. we all love a party, so when our friends at Indigo Blue Productions asked us to support them with the staging of a post-Christmas party for one of their key clients, we were more than happy to oblige!
The event, which was organised for one of Indigo Blue Production’s national motor trade clients, was staged at the iconic Mercedes-Benz Brooklands, the birthplace of British motorsport and aviation, and the site of many advancements in the world of engineering and technology.
We were asked to provide the sound and lighting for this special event, which featured an eclectic mix of entertainment and experiential activities for the company’s staff, clients and suppliers from across the UK.
Guests were greeted by a dazzling array of traditional street performers, including stilt walkers and fire breathers – before being entertained by the incredible sounds of a duet who were strategically positioned on one of the walk bridges over the entrance to the venue. This provided our technical production team with the perfect backdrop to create some spectacular lighting!
After a champagne reception, guests were invited to take part in a series of experiential activities to encourage them to engage with their colleagues.
This was followed by a mouth-watering buffet which was served at a series of impressive buffet stations. Then, following a short address, guests danced until the early hours to a fantastic disco – lit by On of course!
