THE CHALLENGE: One of our corporate clients approached us with a challenge. They wanted to stage an important 2-day internal communications event in Hall 12 at the NEC in Birmingham for 350 of their top managers across the UK. Key to the event was for guests to meet new colleagues; they wanted to create a feeling of togetherness between one another in a fun environment that broke down the barriers and got people to connect.
INSPIRING AN AUDIENCE: Our approach was to bring a far more relaxed, friendly and informal feeling to proceedings, something very different to the usual corporate gatherings.
So after brainstorming a few ideas, we came up with a festival feel for the evening event. As well as providing full production for the conference, we themed and styled the festival zone. Unveiling the hidden gem at the end of day 1, this created a fun setting for guests to relax and enjoy street food cuisine and outdoor games. All very different to the usual formal sit down affair found at most corporate events!
