THE CHALLENGE: We were delighted to once again be working with our good friends at mcm Creative and building on our working relationship with one of their global clients to deliver its most recent customer event. Held at the newly-opened Principal Hotel, in London, the event – The Future is Here – was aimed at customers working in tech.
As well as showcasing the client’s commercial offering to operating in this fast-growing and important sector of the economy, the event also gave suppliers the opportunity to promote their products and services in a bespoke expo area.
We were tasked with fabricating and technically supporting the event, alongside mcm’s award winning creative.
INSPIRING THE AUDIENCE: This was a high quality event in a prestigious new venue, so it was important that we were able to build and finish it to the highest standards. The space was split into two main elements, a conference area in the main room and an exhibition in the reception area.
The auditorium and stage featured a very clean and simple design and build, to achieve a crisp, clean finish. It was also important to give the exhibition area a premium feel, so each stand and totem had to be custom-made to achieve a high spec finish.
