• Coordinate Production: We managed the integration of the venue’s in-house equipment with additional AV kit that we supplied.
• Liaise with Presenters: We handled all communications with presenters before the event, ensuring their content was properly collated and ready for the show.
• Support the Live Stream: We assisted a third-party supplier with the live streaming requirements, ensuring a smooth broadcast.
• Support Event Sponsors: We provided TV screen rentals and managed their setup to meet sponsor needs.
1. To deliver a seamless experience for the live audience and sponsors.
2. To provide a high-quality, yet budget-conscious technical solution.
3. To work as an integral part of the client’s team during pre-production, acting as the single point of contact for suppliers, presenters, and event managers.
4. To ensure the client’s brand was prominently displayed on stage and in the live stream.
We handled the entire production process, ensuring all equipment, both in-house and brought in, worked together flawlessly.
We supplemented the venue’s kit with our control systems, including the use of Barco Event Master switchers in both the Barbican Concert Hall and Cinema Space. This allowed us to manage multiple inputs, outputs, and routing, crucial for the event's complexity.
We designed and managed the stage and scenery to ensure that the client’s branding was well-represented, both on-site and in the live stream.
Our team provided operators for both the main event track in the Barbican Concert Hall and the second track in the Cinema Space. We also managed background music and sponsor TV displays in the sponsor hall, creating a cohesive atmosphere throughout the venue.
We coordinated with a third-party supplier to provide live captioning, supplying the necessary hardware to send and receive the data remotely.
