The Brief

Key Objectives

Our client had three key objectives for their roadshow; They were looking to equip each colleague with the HR tools and support, engage and excite colleagues around the new three-year People Strategy and re-position their HR teams as an expert partner within their business.

At each location, they requested 2 areas. The main area needed to include a collection of 8 exhibition stalls, each requiring a custom backdrop and large LED display. Alongside the exhibition stands, a presentation area was required for their People Managers to engage in a talk from their CEO & external speakers.

With over 300 staff members in attendance at each location, the exhibition stands needed to be visually impactful and accessible, allowing each team to engage with colleagues and share information. Specific stands requested extra screens, touch screens and iPads to create interactive touch points.

Alongside the exhibition, we built a 100 PAX plenary area with staging and AV to support presentations from their CEO, senior team and an external speaker.

The time spent by colleagues connecting with the different HR and Comms teams proved hugely successful. By touring the UK, the event was highly accessible to all colleagues across the business and created a networking hub in each region.

Feature Highlight

A highlight at the event was the interactive stories for the internal Marketing Team. Delegates stood in front of a green screen to capture their image against a backdrop of their choosing. They added their story before submitting the image for sharing across the business and on social media. We developed the system to seamlessly work on two iPads, automating the process to keep it very simple and user friendly.
