Amidst the noise of daily video calls and online meetings, our client wanted this virtual awards event to stand out and be something very different… it needed to be really special to entertain and excite, delivered in a slick and professional way… We pulled out all the stops!
The award nominees made up the VIP audience and were individually brought to screen as each award was introduced. They were also able to compete as team members in a highly competitive games show. We even built a virtual buzzer system which really heated up the competition!
Overall, everyone got involved and played their part in the event, creating a really fun and entertaining evening for everyone.
All presenters joined our virtual green room for a chat with our producer and final checks before going live. We like to make sure all presenters feel totally at ease as well as looking and sounding great before they go to screen and are definitely not “on mute”. We pre-recorded segments of the content which fit seamlessly into the live broadcast, ensuring all presenters came across in a polished and professional way. We built redundancy and backup plans into every element, with remote presenters on standby just in case there were any internet connectivity issues.
