Turning your idea into a reality – this is how we do it…

1. We Understand.

We understand it can be daunting to present to a large audience, especially if you can’t see them. We have your presenter's backs! We’ll run rehearsals and coach your presenters in advance of the event and we’ll provide them with all the tools they need in order for them to relax and enjoy the experience.

2. We shape.

We fully stage manage your event and use our experience of the live world to produce an engaging OnLine virtual event. Our stage manager will be on hand to support the team throughout the entire event

3. We create & build.

We'll work with your design teams to produce onscreen graphics & layouts that are eye-catching and on-brand so your event isn't just another Zoom call. Our in-house fabrication team can work with you to design the right environment and build a bespoke stage-set to really enhance your brand.

4. We test.

We’ll ensure every presenter is happy and comfortable with everything in the studio from autocue systems to remote slide advance and comfort monitors. We’ll then ensure that everyone has sufficient time to rehearse so that when it comes time to “go-live”, it’s a relaxed and pleasurable experience, safe in the knowledge the team is working hard in the background to make everything run like clockwork.

5. We stage and we control.

Lights – Camera - Action. From the producer talking in the ear of the presenter to the stage manager side of stage, you will feel supported all the way. We have an experienced and skilled team working behind the scenes as an extension of your team ensuring the smooth running of your event.
