THE CHALLENGE: Our client brought together 1,200+ wealth management delegates from across the UK for a conference themed around ‘intensifying the delivery of products and services and driving teamwork’. On was tasked by our agency friends with producing the event from concept to completion.
INSPIRING AN AUDIENCE: This was an event that gave us chance to flex our creative muscles and show that corporate events can be just as engagingly presented as live music events.
We firstly delivered the overarching visual concept that helped bring to life the content of the seminar. This was a structural stage set made of giant cogs and integrated high-definition screens. We then lit the stage with theatrical lighting to give depth and drama to the setting.
The result was stunning, a production with drama and relevance that helped fuel the content and delivery of the seminar.
