The Brief
Following the success of an earlier event activation, WMH&I wanted to build on a proven concept for Vetoquinol and make a stronger, more confident presence at London Vet Show. The ambition was not to reinvent the idea, but to expand it physically and creatively, scaling up the experience while retaining the distinctive character that had resonated so well with audiences previously.
With a larger stand footprint and the addition of a back wall, the space needed to feel open and inviting rather than overbuilt. The brief called for a bold, playful environment that would stop people in their tracks, encourage interaction and create a sense of theatre on the show floor. Rather than filling the space with traditional scenic elements, the focus was on high quality, characterful pieces, strong finishes and a clear central experience that the stand could be built around.
Objectives
- Create a standout presence at London Vet Show that felt confident and distinctive
- Scale up an existing stand concept without losing its identity
- Use the exhibition space itself as part of the experience
- Encourage natural interaction and dwell time without cluttering the floor
- Deliver reusable assets that could support a wider event programme
