The Brief

Strata Create approached us to support the Stars of Stellantis Awards, an evening celebration at the Hilton Metropole Birmingham that recognises the exceptional skills, dedication and positive impact of after sales employees across the Stellantis UK network. With eight major automotive brands represented and finalists competing across six award categories, the event needed a polished, high energy production environment that felt worthy of a national finale.

We were tasked with delivering full technical and scenic production support, creating a stage set and show infrastructure that elevated the awards, supported the celebrity host, and ensured a seamless experience for organisers, nominees and guests.

  • Create a visually impressive stage environment suitable for a national awards finale
  • Ensure flawless delivery of all show elements from walk ins to winner moments
  • Provide full audio, lighting, video and scenic integration within the Hilton Metropole ballroom
  • Work collaboratively with Strata Create to bring their show design to life
  • Support a smooth experience for the Stellantis team and all finalists

What we did

Production Team and Show Delivery:

Our production team led the full technical delivery on site, working closely with Strata Create to run rehearsals, manage show cues and keep every element of the night running smoothly. From audio and lighting to video and stage management, the team ensured a calm, confident and seamless experience for organisers, presenters and finalists.

Scenic Set Build:

We installed a fully graphic wrapped stage set featuring integrated Helios and Titan LED tubes for dynamic colour and movement, creating a bold visual frame for the awards.

LED Video Integration:

An Absen 2.5mm LED video wall was embedded into the set, paired with Barco E2 screen management to deliver sharp, reliable content playback for VT packages, winner reveals and brand moments.

Sound:

A full L Acoustics PA system provided clear, even coverage across the room, supporting hosts, presenters and playback with consistent audio quality.

Lighting:

We delivered room, set and stage lighting designed to lift the energy in the ballroom, enhance show moments and bring the scenic environment to life.
