The Brief

KH Hair invited us back to deliver full production support for their annual KH Hair Awards 2025. The event was set to be hosted outdoors on the terrace at Binks Yard in Nottingham, gathering over 200 KH Hair staff and VIPs from partner brands like Wella and ghd. 

KH Hair’s goal was to celebrate and spotlight the best performers across their salons, present awards, and deliver a memorable, branded evening that reflected their values and the importance of the occasion. Because many senior guests and brand partners (Wella, ghd) would attend, the production quality had to match the level of an industry-leading awards gala.

Objectives

  • Onsite professional team to ensure a flawless technical delivery 

  • Integrate with existing technology at the venue

  • Add scenic elements to enhance the stage look and feel

  • Provide special effects for the awards 

  • Provide audio and backline support for the live music artists

  • Social media sharing opportunity with a 360 degree photo booth

  • Video capture of the event and production of a short highlights reel

What we did

Expert Production Management:

Worked with the client on the show design and creative in pre-production and onsite to produce a high-quality event environment that elevated the awards.

Set & Stage Enhancement:

We worked with the existing stage and AV set up and enhanced with scenic elements and awesome content.

Lighting & SFX:

Added additional lighting and special effects to bring the awards and live music to life.

Content Capture:

Onsite capture of the event to create a short post event highlights reel for sharing online.
