The Brief

Delivering technical excellence for a multi track engineering leadership conference

LDX3 by LeadDev London required end to end technical production support for its largest event to date, with five concurrent tracks taking place over two days at the InterContinental London O2. The brief called for seamless audio, video, and staging solutions that could support multiple presentations and panel sessions in parallel, maintain a focused environment for delegates, and ensure smooth transitions between sessions. In addition, the event team needed clear communication, reliable on site support, and measures to minimise audio spill between spaces, helping to deliver a high quality experience for more than two thousand attendees.

What we did

Integrated AV and Staging:

We provided seamless audio, video, and staging for every session.

Our team managed all technical elements for five parallel tracks, ensuring consistent sound and visuals throughout the venue. This comprehensive approach supported a packed schedule of presentations and panels, delivering a professional platform for speakers and an engaging experience for every delegate.

Focused Delegate Experience:

We maintained a clear and immersive environment for all attendees.

To reduce distractions and improve focus, we introduced silent disco headphones in select spaces, which eliminated audio spill between tracks. This allowed delegates to fully engage with their chosen sessions, even in a busy, multi track setting.

Smooth Session Management:

We enabled smooth and efficient transitions between sessions.

Our technical team worked closely with the event organisers to manage changeovers, provide stage management, and keep the schedule running on time. Reliable onsite support meant presenters were fully supported before, during, and after their sessions.

Onsite Technical Support:

We delivered clear communication and responsive support throughout the event.

From setup through to event close, our crew was present in all key areas, ready to respond to any technical requirements and keep each track running to a high standard. This hands on presence ensured issues were resolved quickly and standards were maintained across all stages.
